Reporting to the Sr. Manager Finance Supply Chain & Procurement, support financial analysis and decision-making by providing detailed financial modeling, data analytics, and strategic business collaboration.
Conduct financial analyses to support business initiatives, including evaluating various scenarios, cost optimization, and performance improvement efforts.
Develop and maintain financial models to assess the impact of key business decisions on overall financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Business Units, to identify opportunities for process optimization and margin improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and insights.
Monitor and track budgets, expenses, and variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
Support the financial team in various business projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning efforts.
Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends in financial analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related discipline; MBA or relevant professional certifications desirable (e.g., CMA, CPA).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, with a strong understanding of financial processes and analysis in global organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
