Role Overview
- Accounts payable: coding and approval as well as allocation of incoming invoices
- Accounts receivable, including account maintenance
- Monitoring and execution of dunning procedures
- Reconciliation of open items
- Ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., anti-money laundering regulations)
- Proper filing and archiving of accounting documents
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- Professional experience in financial accounting
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Numerical aptitude and team-oriented mindset
- Initiative, reliable conduct and flexible, solution-oriented approach
