Role Overview
- Accurately assign incoming payments for life insurance policies to the appropriate contracts and accounts
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality are maintained
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- English skills – good written and spoken (B2 level)
- German skills – good written and spoken (B2 level)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Readiness for temporary contract with prospect for permanent employment
