Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Manage and execute complex integrations between Salesforce FSC and other platforms
Design and implement OmniStudio solutions to automate workflows
Provide technical leadership for the Salesforce development team
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements
Ensure the security and integrity of Salesforce data through effective use of Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets

6+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
Extensive experience with OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity)
High-level Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably using MuleSoft
Strong understanding of financial services business processes
