Assembling teams and assuming project management responsibility
Responsibility for planning/design, tendering, contract award and construction management, as well as coordination of service providers
Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
Determining requirements for external services
Conducting and supporting VgV and other procurement procedures
Monitoring time, cost and quality parameters of construction works
Controlling construction execution up to handover/acceptance and tracking any defects
Supporting investment planning as well as structural and technical development planning
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
Professional experience in planning, project engineering and managing construction projects, ideally in a hospital/healthcare environment
Knowledge of tendering, cost estimation, construction execution and site supervision
Knowledge of client representation and procurement law
Proficient with common software such as MS Office, AVA software (tendering/costing) and ideally CAD (AutoCAD)
Knowledge of SAP desirable
