QA your own work and others’. Test across devices and browsers. Catch the details others miss.
Diagnose and resolve complex WordPress issues independently, plugin conflicts, performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities.
Work closely with SEO, CRO, UX/UI, Ads, and PM teams to integrate strategy into every build.
Stay current with web technologies and best practices. Leverage tools like n8n, Zapier, APIs, and AI to improve workflows, speed, and quality.

3–5 years of hands-on web development experience (agency experience strongly preferred).
Deep expertise in WordPress, including custom themes and plugin development.
Highly proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery (7+/10), with working knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
Understand responsive design, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
Optimized Core Web Vitals and know how to implement caching, minification, image optimization, and CDN best practices.
Care about website security — SSL, updates, best practices are non-negotiable.
Don’t need someone more technical to unblock you. You figure things out.
Think beyond code — you understand business goals and why the site exists.
Curious about AI, automation, and modern tools that increase leverage.
Strong English communication skills (C1+).
