Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
Strong proficiency in Japanese and English is essential to support cross-market communications, client engagement, and content development across the region.
More than 10 years of experience in public relations, integrated communications, or marketing — preferably within an agency environment
Proven success in leading regional or multi-market client accounts with measurable business impact
Deep understanding of the technology, B2B, or digital ecosystem — able to connect insights across technology industries
Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate client business goals into compelling communication campaigns
Demonstrated expertise in media relations, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement at senior and C-suite levels
Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring mid-level leaders to success
Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen; able to balance creative innovation with business profitability
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multicultural, and matrix environments across APAC or global markets
