Serve primarily as an estate planning subject matter authority for Fidelity’s high net worth clients and their advisors
Support the Vice President, Advanced Planning Market Lead to provide advisor training, regional business development and thought leadership
Use video technology to function remotely and meet virtually with clients and advisors across the region
Collaborate within the Advanced Planning team both virtually and in-person to maintain and increase collective impact on the clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with any of the following designations preferred: CPA, JD, M.T., LLM in taxation
10 -12 years overall work experience
4 years of trusts and estate planning, income tax planning or succession planning work experience within a public accounting, law practice, or wealth management industry environment
FINRA Series 7 and 66 obtained within 90-days of employment
Estate Planning, family wealth transfer planning, wills/trusts, income taxation, and trust and estate taxation knowledge (required)
Retirement, financial, investment, and insurance planning preferred
Effective at providing and receiving coaching and mentorship
Thrives in a team environment to provide an exceptional client planning experience
Communicates complex subjects clearly and effectively
Proven emotional intelligence to optimally bond with and communicate with clients and their advisors
