Take full ownership of the entire integration project — scoping, planning, execution, commissioning — for simultaneous client deployments
Execute the Sales-to-Delivery handover: translate the contractual context into a rigorous project plan validated with the client
Coordinate installation and integration partners; ensure hardware, software and connectivity are operational on schedule
Configure the Izix platform — access rules, zones, tariffs, user accounts — to precisely match clients' requirements
Test and validate all integrations; bring together the right people when issues arise
Manage internal and external stakeholders (client, installers, integrators, legal, finance) throughout each project
Deliver training to client administrators and end users
Lead post-commissioning extra-care: monitor adoption, resolve blockers and prepare a clean handover to the Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Collaborate with the CSM on complex corporate clients (the CSM owns the 'what', you own the 'how')
Requirements
3–6 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, B2B software or IoT
Proven track record of technical implementations with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
Exposure to system integrations (APIs, access control, HR systems, or similar) — engineering background not required, but must understand enough to hold technical conversations
Experience managing clients in middle management or executive roles
