About this role
Role Overview
End-to-end responsibility for and execution of payroll for a defined group of employees in Germany using SAP HCM
Understanding the origin of data and interfaces to other areas (e.g., Finance)
Support in the integration of new companies, including in other European countries
Active participation in the administration and further development of HR systems
Work on optimizing systems and processes
Conduct analyses, further developments, optimizations and harmonization of payroll processes and functionalities
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk or office clerk) or a degree in business administration
Experience in payroll and salary accounting
Solid knowledge of SAP HCM/HR
Confident user of MS Office programs
Enjoy working with various HR IT systems
Strong IT affinity
Structured, results-oriented, strong communication skills
