Responsible for meeting medical sales objectives and managing multiple priorities and projects within a defined sales territory
Administering a sales program within a defined sales territory to enhance the awareness and understanding of the (Line) product range
Develop and maintain sales targets within assigned area through established territory sales plans, expense plan goals and objectives
Monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly sales figures and initiate appropriate action where necessary
Develops and implements special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities
Establishes and maintains professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and hospitals including physicians, medical staff, pharmacies, etc.
To promote and detail the benefits of promoted product to professionals and paraprofessionals in the medical field through effective, pre-planned promotional methods tailored to the specific and unique need of each customer.
Providing expert assistance in the preparation and facilitation of medical education programs to key opinion leaders
Maintain a proficient level of product and disease knowledge in line with therapeutic areas accountable for
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Proficient in providing consultative solutions to senior medical professionals
Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management
Confidently led requirements development sessions and workshops in a software context
Developed project documentation that reflects requirements i.e., functional requirements specifications or requirements traceability matrixes
Demonstrated excellent project management capability from initial planning through to delivery
Taken ownership of end-to-end processes from engaging the stakeholder for the initial session to deliverable/output signoff
