About this role
Role Overview
Independently and punctually prepare the monthly payroll for a defined group of employees in SAP HCM
Handle all pre
and post-payroll activities related to payroll processing
Serve as a point of contact for employees on all payroll-related questions
Manage all tax and social security processes, including issuance of certificates
Maintain, update and enter employee master data
Correspond with authorities, offices, health insurance funds and social security agencies
Requirements
Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
Ideally, strong knowledge of SAP HCM and confident use of MS Office
High IT affinity and enjoyment of working with various HR IT systems
Structured and result-oriented working style as well as strong communication skills
