Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual tasks, evaluating where Copilot, automation, or AI capabilities add real business value.
Translate business requirements into automation proposals, AI use cases, prototypes, and practical recommendations based on impact and feasibility.
Act as a key enabler of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform adoption across BI teams.
Support users in understanding not only how solutions work, but why they exist and how they improve daily activities.
Deliver hands-on sessions, demonstrations, training, and coaching on AI and low-code tools.
Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand business context, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Identify documentation or learning gaps related to Copilot and Power Platform and propose improvements in collaboration with Digital Workplace teams.
Promote responsible AI usage and foster an AI-aware and AI-enabled culture.
Encourage feedback on digital solutions and translate insights into continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a bridge between business and IT, facilitating alignment and information flow.
Attend onsite meetings and maintain availability for business travel as required.
Requirements
Familiarity with AI adoption frameworks and Microsoft Copilot usage scenarios.
Strong understanding of Microsoft AI-driven tools and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Proven ability to analyze business processes and assess automation or AI value opportunities.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into end-user language and interacting confidently with executive stakeholders.
Proactive, consultative, and mentoring mindset focused on value-driven adoption.
Ability to act as a digital catalyst connecting business needs with enablement and improvement initiatives.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Willingness to work onsite and travel when required.
