Role Overview
- Manage tax matters for ongoing business operations
- Provide tax assessment of (international) contracts
- Support on secondment and expatriation matters
- Develop solutions for questions in international tax law
- Review financial statements and tax returns for partnerships and corporations
- Participate in structuring reorganizations and transactions
- Serve as the point of contact for national and international tax advisors
- Develop transfer pricing policies
Requirements
- Professional experience in tax or in advanced-stage examination/training
- Solid knowledge of (international) tax law
- Creative problem-solving for legal and tax issues
- High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Business-fluent German and English
