8+ years in Salesforce development and architecture
Proficient in Salesforce Flows and Go-To-Market processes
Extensive experience with the Salesforce Platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, configuration, and integrations
Strong background in Agile project management and working with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects remotely
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
