5+ years of experience in a senior Business Analyst role or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft Finance and Campus Solutions; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a techno-functional lead on complex transformation initiatives with end-to-end solution design and delivery.
Background in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
Experience working with SaaS platforms and integrating enterprise applications and systems.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective, innovative solutions.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred, or commensurate work experience.
