leverage cutting-edge technologies, including Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Emerging Technology, and human-centered design
rapidly move blue-sky ideas to proofs of concepts (POCs), pilots, and minimum viable products (MVPs), and finally to scaled products in production
lead the development of product roadmaps and technical requirements for cutting edge technical products and features
collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to design and build innovative products
develop and maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies, including, Digital Wallets, AI, blockchain, and DeFi, and their potential applications in the financial services industry
develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of technical product management experience, ideally building blockchain, self-custody, or digital asset
Demonstrated experience with Digital Wallet and blockchain protocols—ideally with hands-on exposure to wallet design, key-recovery flows, or digital asset platforms
Familiarity with regulatory, security, and risk considerations for digital asset products, including non-custodial architectures
Proven success working in agile environments with rapid prototyping, iterative experimentation, and user-driven validation
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including security best practices, testing strategies for high-risk systems, and deployment of early-stage products
Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills, enabling alignment across engineering, design, security, legal, and leadership
