Requirements
University degree in Business Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology, Vocational Education (Wirtschaftspädagogik) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in HR or Learning & Development
Solid knowledge of methodology and didactics for classroom and digital learning
Strong communication skills and an independent, structured way of working
Team-oriented with a service mindset
Business-fluent German and good command of English, plus user-level knowledge of common MS Office applications
