Role Overview

• Engage with customers and clients to provide exceptional service
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes
• Assist in development and maintenance of security policies and documentation
• Support governance activities by gathering information and preparing materials
• Track and report security risks across the organization
• Contribute to the organization’s security awareness program
• Assist in creating security awareness content

Requirements

• Engages with customers and clients to provide exceptional service
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal policies, practices, and general business activities
• Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and best-practice documentation
• Help document current-state security policies and procedures
• Research industry best practices and support identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Support ongoing reviews of existing security policies to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with the Risk Manager and security team
• Help prepare management reporting by collecting data and assisting with analysis of security controls and risk indicators
