Participation in operational security (email security, administrator rights management, incident tickets requiring level-3 escalation, etc.)
Rationalization of privileged accounts and Active Directory security
Coordination of security activities (compilation and tracking of action plans, management of external services such as phishing campaigns or penetration tests, handling obsolescence, resilience, etc.)
Analysis of potential partnerships (identifying needs, benchmarking/overview of providers, assessing functional coverage, summaries and recommendations)
Support in managing external audits (statutory auditors, customs, tax, regulatory, insurance, etc.)
Contribution to GDPR compliance for the IT department's processing activities (updating the existing registry, mapping additional processing activities, assisting with the right to be forgotten)
Industrialization/optimization of recurring tasks
Requirements
Currently pursuing higher education (University, IAE, business school, engineering school, etc.) at Master level (Bac+4/5); seeking a 12 to 24-month work-study (alternance) placement.
Knowledge of security topics (identity and access management, vulnerability management, etc.), strong proficiency in office tools (especially PowerPoint)
Familiarity with automation technologies (PowerShell / Power Query / Power Automate) is a plus.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to adapt and simplify technical messages; curious, pedagogical, tenacious, rigorous, detail-oriented and autonomous.
