As a Claims Specialist (m/f/d) in claims processing, you are an important point of contact for our customers
You ensure smooth handling of claims
You assess the benefit claims of our policyholders and make well-founded decisions
When questions arise, you specifically request documents, review them carefully, involve experts if necessary, and professionally lead the clarification process
You initiate payments to customers or service providers and issue benefit commitments within the scope of your authorization
You communicate in writing and by phone with our customers and distribution partners
You liaise with doctors, dentists and hospitals, etc.
You will receive structured, personal onboarding from your team
Regular training and further education, including IDD training
Requirements
You have completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk
Ideally, you bring solid professional experience in claims service
You have in-depth knowledge of private health insurance
You are interested in medical topics
You work in a customer-oriented manner
You have strong communication skills
You demonstrate a high degree of initiative and resilience
You are proficient with IT systems
You are willing to learn our applications intensively
