Design and implementation of new test cases (functional integration tests, load and performance tests, etc.)
Support for manual test execution
Maintenance and further development of the test infrastructure and test strategy
Development of components for the Software-as-a-Service platform
Collaboration on web apps related to HR management
Planning and documenting the backlog together with the Product Owners

Relevant degree or vocational training with a computer science background
Prior experience in analyzing and documenting test cases
Knowledge of test automation is an advantage, e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Arquillian, etc.
Experience developing with Java, Jakarta Enterprise (Jakarta EE) and cloud-native development
Basic knowledge of JPA/Hibernate, CDI, RESTful services and API design, as well as relational databases
Passion for software development and strong quality awareness
Enjoyment of teamwork and an ownership mindset
German (C1+)
