Role Overview
- Independent development of new formats
- Sole responsibility for the conception and production of video productions for a variety of projects, e.g., athlete portraits or product shoots
- Conceptualization, planning and organization of sport & lifestyle shoots
- Post-production including video editing as well as image and audio editing
- Development and production of creative formats for social media and the web
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and a passion for creative work
- Practical experience in film and post-production
- Enthusiasm for film and digital trends in camera technology and post-production
- Proficiency in handling camera, audio and lighting, and a good eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Confident use of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, as well as other common editing tools
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Strong teamwork skills and an affinity for outdoor sports
