Lead end-to-end production for high-profile video projects, defining timelines, budgets, and scopes.
Partner with creative directors, project managers, and department leads to establish goals, milestones, and deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors throughout the production process.
Plan logistics, resourcing, schedules, and on-site production execution.
Provide on-location oversight and real-time problem-solving during shoots.
Guide and mentor production staff to ensure top-quality output.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within financial parameters.
Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports.
Foster a collaborative and creative environment that promotes excellence.
Requirements
5–7+ years in a production role within commercial production or a creative agency.
Experience with broadcast production (TV and radio) from pre-production through delivery is a strong plus.
TV, radio, digital, and post-production experience required.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of production processes from concept to delivery across broadcast and digital.
Proficiency with project management tools (NetSuite, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and proactively.
Experience with budget management and cost optimization.
