Role Overview
Efficiently and accurately resolve held CI orders.
Get orders into production while providing exceptional customer service.
Resolve held CI orders utilizing various tools and methods.
Clearly document actions and decisions taken.
Perform order resolution by placing outbound calls to Financial Institutions.
Handle incoming phone calls as required.
Maintain company quality and service levels.
Requirements
HS/GED and 6 months of CI experience
Experience working on PC, accurate keyboarding skills
Customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail.
Must be 18 years of age or older
