About this role
Role Overview
As an Organizational Development and Digitalization Specialist, you will work closely with executive management and actively shape processes, for example in digitalization.
Strategy & concept development: You develop and design forward-looking concepts in the fields of organizational development and digitalization.
Grant/funding management: You design and draft funding applications and implement them.
Project control & quality assurance: You independently manage projects in administration and organizational development and ensure quality assurance.
Organizational development & change processes: You actively help shape change processes at the interface between executive management, the leadership team and staff.
Digitalization & AI: You expand the use and integration of AI applications and digitalization in the areas of administration and consulting.
Process optimization: You optimize and digitize processes and administrative workflows.
Quality management: You act as a QM officer for the further development of systemic structures and internal processes.
Requirements
University degree (e.g., in social management, business, management, business administration, business psychology, social sciences, change management, education) or a comparable qualification – we are also open to applicants from other fields with corresponding knowledge in the required areas
Creative and solution-oriented thinking
High flexibility and willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
Very good digital skills and confident use of digital applications and AI
Ability to analyze existing processes and simplify them in a practical way
Strong communication skills
Confident presence in exchanges with staff and management
Independent, careful and structured working style
High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
Basic interest in the work area of the IFD
