3 years progressive experience in project management or completion of a healthcare administrative fellowship program.
Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and situations.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex tasks and projects in a fast paced work environment.
Ability to focus on details and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Must possess team building skills and emotional and social intelligence.
Must collaborate and possess resilience, managerial courage, flexibility, ethics, and professionalism.
Master’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or other related degree (preferred).
5 years progressive experience in project management (preferred).

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
