Lead the internal HR Systems roadmap, prioritizing feature releases and configurations to align with global business scaling
Act as the primary architect for data flows between platforms to ensure a single source of truth
Design and document automated workflows for the full employee lifecycle to minimize manual intervention
Configure systems to meet regional regulatory requirements, including GDPR/data privacy standards
Translate complex business requirements from HR, Finance, and Legal into technical specifications and functional system improvements
Maintain high standards of data quality through regular audits, validation rules, and robust reporting/analytics.

5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR Systems management within Workday
Demonstrated experience with various Workday module within the HCM Suite
Proven track record of managing data flow between Workday and third-party systems
Experience supporting a workforce across multiple countries and time zones
Must have a dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet
Ability to occasionally attend meetings outside of standard local business hours to coordinate with global team members.
