Work with Product Lead to define the broader game vision and contribute to designing engaging gameplay loops, hybrid monetization models, and engagement mechanics.
Provide guidance and act as a mentor to Junior Product Owners and other team members.
Leverage analytics and player feedback to optimize features for retention, engagement, and monetization.
Collaborate with the analytics team to design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests for continuous product improvement.
Assist in the planning and execution of LiveOps strategies, encompassing seasonal updates, dynamic content releases, and engagement events.
Align player acquisition and retention initiatives with overarching product goals in partnership with the marketing team.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role in the gaming industry.
Basic understanding of hybrid casual games and their unique gameplay and monetization mechanics.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to document and track progress effectively.
Passion for gaming and a player-focused mindset.
Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools like JIRA or Trello.
Experience working on hybrid casual or mobile games.
Exposure to game analytics and performance metrics like retention and ARPU.
