Design and refine end-to-end processes—from lead acquisition to customer lifecycle management
ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment across all revenue-generating functions.
Establish reporting frameworks, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set revenue targets, develop forecasts, and manage pipelines that reflect our ambitious growth objectives.
Evaluate, implement, and maintain tools and platforms that support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams (e.g., CRM, Growth automation, BI tools).
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leaders to streamline handoffs, harmonize data flows, and optimize the customer journey.
Champion continuous improvement projects to elevate team performance and revenue attainment.
Guide junior team members, champion best practices, and foster a results-driven, collaborative culture.
Requirements
3–5+ years (5–7+ for Senior-level) in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles within a high-growth B2B environment—preferably in FinTech or SaaS.
Hands-on experience in CRMs (HubSpot), revenue automation tools, analytics platforms, and related RevOps technology stacks.
Proficient in leveraging data to drive strategy, with a track record of building and interpreting performance dashboards, pipeline forecasts, and funnel metrics.
Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, process design, optimization, and cross-functional project leadership.
Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
