Senior Manager – Texas Community Programs

Role Overview

• developing and executing an outreach strategy for the Texas Caring Foundation and its Care Van programs
• directing the fundraising plan and associated activities
• managing internal and external communications programs
• managing staff in execution of fundraising efforts, volunteer recruitment and communications
• developing, negotiating, and managing implementation of legal contracts and letters of agreement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years’ experience in fundraising with a non-profit organization or managing outreach programs OR 10 years’ experience in fundraising with a non-profit organization or managing outreach programs
• 4 years management or supervisory work experience
• Experience managing/supervising a program that focuses on healthcare and/or children's services
• Experience in public speaking
