developing and executing an outreach strategy for the Texas Caring Foundation and its Care Van programs
directing the fundraising plan and associated activities

managing staff in execution of fundraising efforts, volunteer recruitment and communications
developing, negotiating, and managing implementation of legal contracts and letters of agreement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 6 years’ experience in fundraising with a non-profit organization or managing outreach programs OR 10 years’ experience in fundraising with a non-profit organization or managing outreach programs
4 years management or supervisory work experience
Experience managing/supervising a program that focuses on healthcare and/or children's services
