Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities within the team.
Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
Ensure proper balance sheet account reconciliations and resolution of reconciling items.
Support intercompany accounting processes and related reconciliations.
Analyze financial results and variances; provide explanations to management.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and accounting standards (US GAAP / IFRS as applicable).
Support internal and external audit requests.
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate workload distribution and provide guidance to accounting staff.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
5+ years of experience in general accounting, preferably within a multinational or Shared Services environment.
Previous experience supervising or leading accounting staff.
Strong knowledge of general ledger processes and month-end close.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a structured environment.
Conversational English required.
