Accounting and B2B Operations

Role Overview

• Invoicing and payment management (Finance)
• Processing incoming invoices and payment information
• Reviewing, posting and maintaining invoices and payments in the relevant systems
• Reconciling incoming payments, updating payment statuses and resolving discrepancies
• Sending dunning notices and payment reminders
• Escalating outstanding receivables, including coordination with collection agencies and payment service providers
• Support with travel expense management
• Assisting with regular accounting cycles (e.g., quarterly settlements)
• Maintaining and organizing finance-related data and documentation
• Creating and maintaining orders in the B2B environment
• Sending invoices and providing operational support to our retailers
• Handling inquiries about order and invoice status, cancellations and corrections
• Assisting with product-specific queries
• Point of contact for existing and new retailers
• Setting up and onboarding new B2B partners
• Managing and improving the B2B shop
• Maintaining and updating product catalogs
• Creating and sending newsletters

Requirements

• Vocational training in business/commerce or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in finance, accounting or bookkeeping and product quality
• Confident user of digital tools (ideally DATEV, Billbee, Shopify)
• Structured, precise and independent working style
• Analytical, structured and detail-oriented approach, combined with pragmatism and strong execution skills
• Strong communication skills when interacting with internal teams and external partners
• High sense of responsibility and good process understanding
• Enjoyment in shaping and optimizing topics/processes for the long term
