Competent point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters
Drafting employment contracts and implementing operational HR actions (e.g., hires, transfers, contract amendments)
Preparing HR reports, ad-hoc analyses, and statistics
Operational implementation of HR projects and directives within the company entities
Supporting the analysis of training and development needs and organizing further training
Acting as the interface to payroll, central recruiting, and external partners
Trust-based cooperation with the works council
Coordinating collaboration with group-wide recruiting and HR administration and payroll

Degree in business administration with a focus on HR, or a commercial or HR-related vocational qualification of equivalent standing
Several years of experience as an HR Generalist in operational HR in Germany
Proven practical experience with SAP HCM
Routine in preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, and other HR documents
Team player with a quick grasp; structured, reliable, and punctual in HR processes
Independent and results-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
Very good German and English skills (level C1)
