Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience
- Specializing in ITIL v3 or other Service-based principles
- Managing large software applications
- Interacting with experienced client buyers and influencers
- Developing complex onsite implementation and outsourcing proposals
- Leading technical development efforts and off-shore resources
- Designing, building, testing, and deploying SAP solutions
- Evaluating new support processes and competitive offerings
- Collaborating with Technical, Solution, Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams
- Developing strategy and presenting to various levels of industry audiences
