Design and produce visual assets for internal communication projects (posters, email banners, visuals for internal social channels, branded merchandise, office branding, etc.)
Create visual content that aligns with the Group’s brand guidelines
Ensure the quality and visual consistency of deliverables
Create videos using PlayPlay, from shooting to editing
Produce video content to support internal communication initiatives
Refresh and modernize PowerPoint templates used in internal meetings
Contribute to improving the intranet’s look and feel
Assist with updating the intranet and publishing internal articles
Propose new creative ideas to support internal communication objectives
Help strengthen employee engagement through innovative visual content
Requirements
Current student or holder of a Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic design, or communication
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, intuitive designs
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Figma (or equivalent) and Canva
Experience in UX or animation is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and sense of aesthetic composition
Curious, creative, and eager to learn
Open-minded and able to work in an international environment
