Assist members and clients by listening to their needs, handling their requests, and answering their questions
Advise members/clients on selecting and getting the most out of available tools and channels based on their desired level of self-service and automation
Support sales efforts by closing sales, processing transactions, and following up as required
Ensure member and client satisfaction
Answer phone calls, manage information requests, and forward inquiries to the appropriate person
Identify business opportunities and help increase sales through proactive outreach and solicitation
Requirements
Trade school diploma in a related field
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Proficiency in French is required
