Role Overview
- Handle medium-complexity property insurance claims and low-complexity accident benefit and bodily injury claims
- Conduct investigations and inspections to assess damage
- Analyze medical, financial and job information and determine eligibility for benefits
- Settle claims in accordance with the organization’s standards
- Negotiate with all parties involved to ensure smooth claims processing
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
