Develop a deep understanding of the client, their goals and challenges
Lead account teams and foster collaboration between Sales, Delivery and Management
Act as a trusted advisor; build strong, resilient relationships at C‑level
Own the entire account lifecycle: from sales development through service delivery to project implementation
Develop and implement account plans and growth strategies
Full P&L responsibility, including accurate revenue forecasting and cash flow management
Coordinate Atos and partner resources
Identify known and latent customer needs and translate them into innovative solutions and new offerings
Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction

Proven experience managing C‑level stakeholders
Strong leadership skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation skills; results‑oriented and pragmatic
Experience delivering projects and programs in client environments
Solid understanding of business and technology topics within the relevant industry
Ability to simplify complexity and build trust
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, persistence and resilience
