You identify causes of malfunctions and initiate measures to resolve them.
You assist with the procurement and operation of PC and peripheral components.
You coordinate repairs related to PCs and peripheral equipment.
You manage the central phone hotline of make IT and provide first-level support.
You support and guide users in the use of IT applications.
Requirements
You have completed vocational training in computer science or business informatics, or possess equivalent technical knowledge acquired through professional experience.
You work reliably and as a team player.
