About this role
Role Overview
You support our customers via email, phone and, where applicable, chat — friendly, solution-oriented and reliable.
You respond to inquiries about orders, products, shipping, returns and complaints.
You document customer feedback and identify recurring issues — proactively contributing ideas for improvement.
You work closely with logistics and product development to create optimal solutions.
You help continuously optimize and automate customer service processes.
You use tools such as Shopify, ClickUp, Slack and AI-powered systems to handle your tasks efficiently.
Requirements
Experience in customer support, e-commerce or a service-oriented environment.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, are required — you communicate clearly, politely and professionally.
Good English skills — for international inquiries and internal communication.
Independent, structured working style and a high degree of personal responsibility.
Openness to modern technologies and tools — experience with AI-based systems is a strong plus.
