About this role
Role Overview
- Assist with integration of products using Java, XML, SQL, and the HL7 Standard and FHIR
- Conduct all system testing, configuration, and verification
- Work with the Support Team to assist with integration issues
- Work with Implementation Managers to deliver interfaces on time
- Actively investigate customer issues and provide solutions
- Partner with R&D to enhance product features and performance specifications
- Participate in a weekly rotation for on-call support
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP
- Knowledge of database engines such as Firebird or Microsoft SQL server
- High level of communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data for root cause determination
- Experience in the Healthcare systems industry preferred
