Taking responsibility for the operational management and direction of the HR department

Developing HR strategy and development concepts aligned with the bank's strategy
Advising the board and managers on HR-related and employment law matters
Ensuring that HR processes run reliably and are well organized
Maintaining a trusting dialogue with the works council
Confident handling of employment law topics
Expanding HR reporting and driving digitalization as well as data-driven management

Degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable qualification
Leadership experience in HR – ideally in the financial services sector or a regulated environment
Solid expertise in employment law and experience working with employee representative bodies (e.g., works council)
Proven success in developing and implementing HR management and development concepts
Digital HR affinity and experience with modern HR systems
Entrepreneurial mindset, high reliability, discretion and strong communication skills

Responsible leadership role with a structured onboarding phase and scope to shape the position
