Analyze product performance, identify improvement opportunities across web-based customer portals and internal delivery systems, and support continuous product optimization.
Develop productive working relationships with developers, analysts, and clients.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, property insurance, risk control, or a related technical discipline.
Post-secondary certificate or degree in computer science, statistics, information systems, or related field preferred.
Solid understanding of business and technical requirements analysis, with strong competency in translating needs into actionable product deliverables.
Strong understanding of SDLC, particularly requirements documentation, testing practices, and collaboration with engineering teams.
Strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Understanding of modern data interchange formats (XML, JSON, etc.).
Proficiency in database querying (SQL, MongoDB, Postgres, etc.) for product analysis and data validation.
Ability to support web service implementations, product enhancements, and customer-facing technical inquiries.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to prioritize work effectively.
Formal project management training and experience is an asset.
