How your day-to-day will be:

EXAMPLE:
- You will work in the People and Culture area on activities focused on People Analytics. Your contribution will be essential to drive projects, ensure the optimization and adjustment of internal processes with the aim of reducing costs associated with labor processes, identify new opportunities for the business area, propose innovative solutions, build strategies to support decision-making, and improve employee experience and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Digital Design or related fields
- Postgraduate degree in Interface Design, User Experience Design or related areas
- Specialization courses in graphic design software, digital product design, animation and motion graphics
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, among others
- Knowledge of responsive design, typography and layout
- Ability to create layouts for web and mobile
- Knowledge of user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX)
- Experience in print production
- Creativity, innovation, proactivity and teamwork
