Overall responsibility for leading the After Sales Service (internal and field service, approx. 8 employees) with a focus on a stable and efficient service operation
Planning, sales and execution of service activities and spare parts (e.g., commissioning, maintenance, repairs, inspections)
Organizing and coordinating service assignments and acting as the point of contact for service technicians
Technical and disciplinary leadership of the service team
Managing and optimizing all after-sales processes, including warranty and claims handling and spare parts management
Developing, implementing and monitoring relevant KPIs to manage the service area
Ensuring and continuously improving customer satisfaction
Requirements
Completed technical education with further qualification as a master craftsman, technician, or engineer
Several years of experience in after-sales, service or technical service within the machinery or plant engineering sector
Management experience desirable
Entrepreneurial thinking, structured and analytical way of working
Strong customer and service orientation and a confident manner
Experience in process management
Resilience, flexibility and a high sense of responsibility
Good written and spoken English
