ScaleneWorks INC is a new-age, AI-first IT services company specializing in Modernization and Engineering AI solutions. They are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Executive to drive client acquisition and manage relationships while collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive net-new client acquisition through proactive outreach and demand generation campaigns
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across client’s growing AI services portfolio
- Understand client pain points across digital transformation, application modernization, cloud, cybersecurity, engineering, and related areas to position client’s solutions effectively
- Actively participate in client discussions, discovery meetings, and shaping solution narratives
- Partner with technical and delivery teams to align proposals to client needs
- Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems
- Contribute to go-to-market feedback and help refine positioning as the company scales
- Achieve revenues of $500k in Year 1 and $1.5M in Year 2
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience selling innovative services to mid-sized enterprises, especially in the US
- 2–3 years of experience in IT services, with some exposure to client-facing or pre-sales activities in Domains such as Healthcare, Retail and Travel
- Recent MBA or business graduate with a strong interest in enterprise technology and services
- Demonstrated acumen in identifying and engaging new logos—understands prospecting techniques, lead qualification, and early-stage deal shaping
- Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable in a startup-like environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting
