About this role

Architect and guide the SAP Basis team to deliver high-performing, resilient, and scalable SAP systems including S/4HANA, Ariba, and others.
Define technical standards for system provisioning, upgrades, configurations, and monitoring.
Design and oversee implementation of SAP security roles and compliance frameworks.
Oversee SAP GRC processes and solutions to manage risks and ensure compliance.
Develop and execute on SAP Technical Development Standards.
Lead technical projects, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, security, and GRC.
Proven leadership experience managing technical SAP teams.
Strong understanding of SAP architecture, Cloud ALM, infrastructure, and integration.
Expertise in SAP GRC solutions and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) highly desirable.
