About this role
Role Overview
- Maintain and update the trading calendar, ensuring activity is clearly planned and communicated across teams
- Support end-to-end setup of promotions, including briefing, site builds, QA checks and go-live execution
- Work closely with Buying teams to coordinate and launch new products in line with trading priorities
- Manage onsite content linked to promotional T&Cs, Experiences and Plus landing pages, keeping all information accurate and up to date
- Own the content strategy for Experiences and Plus landing pages, optimising for engagement and performance
- Produce weekly content performance reports and support insight generation on promotional results
- Partner with Marketing to ensure email campaigns are accurate, links work correctly, and the journey from email to site is seamless
- Collaborate with Buying, Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaigns are executed onsite in a timely and accurate way
- Monitor competitor activity and highlight opportunities to enhance the onsite customer experience
- Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager in tracking sales performance and key business KPIs
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in ecommerce, retail or digital marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers and data
- Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Solid IT capability, including Excel; familiarity with Google Analytics is a bonus
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams
