Support the team in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
Assist in the development and execution of communication plans for clinical trials
Monitor project performance and support team in providing insights for optimization
Keep a pulse on industry, client, therapeutic area and competitor news to be strategic thought partners to senior leaders on the team and our clients
Take ownership of smaller projects and ensure their timely and successful delivery
Develop materials, including fact sheets and backgrounders, messaging documents, press releases, disease awareness content, clinical trial backgrounders and communications plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing support
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their career development and growth within Spectrum
Requirements
Experience in pipeline communications and account management
Familiarity with monitoring tools and VEEVA
Strong active listening ability, organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to determine priorities and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Regularly communicate status updates and determine when deliverables are ready for team review
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
